About us

Equality Cross Creek, one of four core teams that are part of Cross Creek’s Justice and Witness Ministry, is led by Brian Terry (equality@crosscreekchurch.org). We do not meet on a regular schedule, instead meeting as needed.

We partner with many organizations, including:

The UCC Coalition for LGBT Concerns

Equality Cross Creek welcomes Katrina Kittle and Chris Glaser on 10/16–10/17 and 10/23–10/24 to share their perspectives on marriage.

Previous activities

We purchased a full-color ad in the 2009-2010 Dayton LGBT Resource Guide, again with a theme from the Wizard of Oz, that Cross Creek is a church with a heart and a brain and courage!


Pastor Mike, his partner Dan and their sons with Dorothy		 Equality Cross Creek participated in the Dayton Pridefest and Parade, marching as a group and having a booth featuring Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.
