Attendance registration form

This is the form for registering to attend the night of the auction, Saturday, April 28, 2012.
If you would like to donate an item for the service auction, use the item donation form.

Each person attending the night of our service auction must pay a registration fee of $5 (collectible in cash at the door on the night of the auction). This fee covers the cost of the food and refreshments that will be available.

You may register multiple people at the same time by entering the appropriate number in "Number in Party" field; however, each person who would like his or her own bidding paddle in order to be able to bid separately must register separately by completing this form individually.

 2012 Service Auction program:
6:30 p.m. — Doors open for check-in / silent auction begins
7:20 p.m. — Doors close (no bidders will be admitted for the auction after this time)
7:30 p.m. — Silent auction ends and Live auction begins
8:30 p.m. — Dessert and coffee
9:00 p.m. — Grand total announcement and Check out
